How do I get started with a digital invitation?
Contact us via WhatsApp or log in to browse our packages.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes — our team can help tailor an invitation to your event.
Is it free to try?
Yes. Creating, editing and previewing your invitation is free and private. A package is only needed to publish it so your guests can open the link.
What packages do you offer and how much are they?
Basic RM30 (promo RM15), Lite RM50 (promo RM25), Premium RM70 (promo RM35) and Super Premium RM90 (promo RM45) with every feature. Higher packages add things like personal guest links, a photo gallery, the live wishes screen, a guest photo album, kad ucapan and an intro video. Open the Package tab in your invitation to see exactly what each one includes today.
How do I pay?
Pay online by FPX or card when online payment is available, and your package is applied automatically. Or transfer to one of our bank accounts, send the receipt on WhatsApp or chat, and our team applies the package to your invitation.
How to order?
Create your invitation, open its Package tab, pick a package and pay. Once your payment is confirmed, tick Publish and share your link with your guests.
How long does my invitation stay online?
Three months from the day you first publish. We remind you before it goes offline, and our team can extend it if you need more time.
Can I change my invitation after it is published?
Once published, your invitation is locked so nothing changes by accident. Send us a change request from your invitation and our team will do it for you — a number of free changes are included.
How do my guests RSVP?
Guests just open your link — no account or app needed. They choose attending or not attending, how many people, and can leave a wish. With personal links, each guest sees their own name and replies for their own seats. You follow every reply on your RSVP dashboard.
How do I send the invitation to my guests?
You share one link — on WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or as a QR code. You can also copy a personal link for each guest from your guest list. The preview shown on WhatsApp uses the title, description and picture you choose.
Can guests send photos, voice messages and videos?
Yes, on packages that include them. With the photo album, guests scan a QR code at your event and upload photos and short videos. With kad ucapan, they leave a written wish, a voice message or a video recorded on their phone — on iPhone and Android.
What is the live wishes screen?
A screen you open on a TV or projector at your event. Guests scan a QR code, send a wish, and it appears live — over your photos or a short video, with your music.
Can I add my own intro video?
Yes, on packages that include it. Upload a short MP4 (from your phone or Canva), trim the part you want, and it plays before your invitation. You can switch it on or off any time, and your video is kept.
Which events can I make an invitation for?
Weddings and engagements, aqiqah and birthdays — each with its own themes and wording. More occasions are added over time.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation opens in any phone or computer browser. It is made for phones, loads light, and works on both iPhone and Android.
How do I get help?
Log in and use the chat button — messages reach our team live. You can also use the WhatsApp button or the contact form on this page.
